ABOUT TARGA:

"Targa is a multithreading story based mostly on various RPG games. Plot of the manga in placed in medieval-gothic-baroque-modernist reality of fantasy world with domination of medieval, in which constant war between nations carry on. 

In result of arising conflict between high elves and necromanciers a war breaks. Necromanciers have gathered their biggest elf enemies and using magic have separated a territory in elf kingdom (Sylfi) creating Raphar valley. It happens exactly 28 years ago. The created barrier was called magical or mountain barrier.  

Separated nations in Raphar are:  High elves, Common elves, Humans (they are allies)  and Necromansier, Orcs, Harpies (allied antagonists) 

Targa is a kind of a country, military organization. It was created by 5 most powerful and strongest warriors, further called Leaders. They are dictators and rules, politics, economy and army.

Inside Raphar magic does not work so all the nations have to fight using weapons such as swords, halberds, bows etc.

ABOUT LIPPO:

Lippo Full name: Lippolen, is the second main character just after Nebula. She is six years old Nebula's ward. Unwanted. Her mother is Lobelia, Nebula's friend who asked her to take care of her daughter. Nebula's attitude towards Lippo is cold. In spite of that, girl in time gets to love her, always trying to break a wall that nobody, neither her, not even other manga characters can break. That situation makes Lippo unhappy, fraightened, unsure and as a result she acts like a crybaby. No wonder since she comes from a rich family, used to live in huge house and have everything she wanted, now she is travelling with a warrior and giant scary Orc, sleep in a forest and eat... r-a-w meat. that is all very terrible for a little girl like Lippo. But in time she gets use to Nebulas harsh way of being since Nebula were never agressive toward her, (with few exceptions) just unfriendly. 

  Lippo is very sensitive and delicate. But later on she learns to be a little bit stronger. By 'not helping' Nebula teaches her to be self-sufficient. It is hard to explain why she loves Nebula from all her heart. Probably because she feels safe by her side. So Nebula do take care of her in some way. Lippo after getting used to her, treats her as a mother and wants her to be proud of her. That can never happen and even trying to call Nebula a mother is scary for everybody who knows her. So Lippo is fighting for her guardian attention and this fight can be described with one word: Sad.

   She can't count on Nebula if it comes to emotions, problems (like dead rabbit in the forrest, or other problems that girls in her age have) but she can always count on Nebulas group that contains 6 other characters. She can always talk with Noether who, having her own daughter in similar age, understands Lippos problems and emotions. Even though she is a harpy, she is very warm. Also Kamir is the one who always explain her things around. In the end there is Hartog, giant, a bit stupid Orc, who becomes her best friend and protector. She is always carried by him. She always sleeps in Nando (Nebula's horse) legs.

Ok. So now we're leaving 'Targa' for a while. COMMISSIONS:

I set that list according to time I got your notes. As you can see some of icons interchanges. It's because  I always jump between commissions so the queue won't stuck with one commissioner who took a lot of slots. I will also try to work fast.
