TARGA - Alicia

That's just a simple video of my final attempt to Alicia. I drew her two times before. This design will be the final one. I still can't decide wether the eyeshadow will be red or dark blue. Alcia is a bit odd. Just a little. So I wanted her design to be also a little weird-looking.
